Job Description
Imagine the Possibilities is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with functional, cognitive, and other physical or mental health needs in an HCBS Setting. These professionals will collaborate with supervisors, programmers, and families to provide individualized care, which includes behavioral care plans. The role emphasizes empowering individuals to achieve their goals and improving their quality of life.
Requirements
- Mission-oriented approach to caregiving
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Age requirement (minimum 16 years for SCL, 18 for HAB)
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
