DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer will create middleware and platform guardrails that empower developers to innovate quickly and reliably. The role involves architectural discussions, reducing toil, and delivering scalable, resilient platforms that support customers and the organization. The candidate will help scale the cloud platform, collaborate with teams, and participate in on-call rotations. The role requires rethinking technical decisions with a beginner's mindset and a focus on resilience and sustainability. The ideal candidate is passionate about service resilience and scalability, and has experience with cloud infrastructure, automation, and software development.

Requirements

• Eliminating TOIL through automation and software development.
• Partnering productively and cross-functionally with application teams and other internal stakeholders.
• Creating a modern, cloud-native platform that is resilient, cost-effective, and secure by default.
• Scaling cloud infrastructure to support the growing ecosystem based on Kubernetes.
• Maintaining the freshness and utility of platform services.
