Attorney

We are looking for an attorney with 10+ years of legal experience in U.S. financial and/or cryptocurrency regulation to join our team in Chicago.

Requirements

• Advise on regulations governing cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and digital assets
• Draft and negotiate agreements involving token market-making, issuances, partnerships, and digital asset transactions
• Support the organization’s compliance efforts
• Monitor legislative and policy developments in crypto regulation
• Identify potential legal risks and proactively propose solutions
• Advise senior business, finance, and compliance leaders on commercial, legal, and regulatory risks
• Collaborate with team members across regions to identify regional legal or regulatory risks
