Technical Product Manager

Technical Product Manager position at IMC, responsible for leading the development of trader-facing tools and reimagining how they work from the ground up. The role requires close partnership with traders and engineering teams, strong intuition for user interaction, and technical depth to reason about systems and tradeoffs.

Requirements

• Partner with traders to understand daily workflows and decision making
• Work with engineering teams to design and build high performance GUIs
• Translate trader insights and business needs into clear product goals and requirements
• Own initiatives end to end, from problem definition to delivery and adoption
• Communicate product direction and progress clearly to trading, engineering, and related teams
• Surface dependencies and risks early and see them before they become blockers
