We are seeking a Trading Recruiter to join our team and help scale IMC’s talent acquisition efforts across Europe. In this role, you will be instrumental in attracting and securing exceptional talent in trading and quantitative research.
Requirements
- Own end-to-end recruitment for trading and quantitative research openings in Europe
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends, talent availability, and best practices to inform hiring decisions
- Maintain and grow a strong industry network to proactively identify and attract top-tier candidates from niche fields
- Evaluate candidates for both technical expertise and cultural alignment to ensure their skills, experience, and values meet the needs of the hiring team
- Create a personalized and engaging experience that highlights IMC’s unique strengths
- Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and the quality of hire
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, celebrating successes, addressing challenges, and offering data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies
