IMC is seeking an experienced operational leader to join its US Equities desk in New York as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for driving strategic execution, managing the desk’s operating rhythm, and strengthening team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in roles requiring strong stakeholder management, cross-functional execution, and structured problem-solving
• Corporate strategy or COO experience at a financial services or technology firm is a strong plus
• Exceptionally high emotional intelligence, ability to take ownership and deliver results in unstructured and ambiguous environments
