Sales Supervisor - Aesthetic Medical Devices - Beirut

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading the Aesthetic Medical Equipment sales operations in the assigned territories and implementing sales and promotional strategies through supervising, coaching, and guiding a team of Product Specialists to achieve a set of objectives including sales target and career development.

Requirements

• Support Sales team in setting own target, marketing and sales program
• Supervise, lead, direct, motivate and develop the sales team to achieve the overall sales target and objectives
• Propose important conferences to the marketing department and effectively participate in company’s events, workshops and marketing programs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and aesthetic HCPs in designated provinces
• Assist and support sales teams with questions, concerns and product/service questions
