Job Description
IMI Industrial Services Group is a full service, total solutions, industrial contractor. We are seeking a full-time Director of Commercial/Industrial Plumber & Conditioned Air local to the Athens, GA area.
Requirements
- Help develop and execute business plan in the plumbing and mechanical space
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor and manage budgets, project manager performance and identify areas for cost optimization
- Recruit, train and mentor team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
