Project Engineer - Power Division

IMI Industrial Services Group is seeking a Project Engineer - Power Division to support fabrication and field execution for hydroelectric, power generation, and utility infrastructure projects. The ideal incumbent would be an Engineer or Fabrication professional with a strong structural or mechanical background and firsthand experience in a large structural or industrial fabrication shop.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in a structural steel or industrial fabrication shop environment; mechanical or structural fabrication for power or utility facilities; or industrial or power generation project execution.
• Experience reviewing drawings, performing takeoffs, and supporting fabrication projects is required.
• Estimating, vendor coordination, and quality documentation experience is preferred.
