Requirements
- License as a registered professional nurse in the State of New Jersey
- Certified by the New Jersey Board of Nursing as an advanced practice nurse (Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred)
- Controlled dangerous substance registration with the State of New Jersey
- Registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration of the U.S. Department of Justice
