Job Description
The Office Manager has a Certified Medical Assistant to assist with patient care, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized exam room. This role involves patient interviewing, vital sign measurement, chart documentation, and assisting the providers with clinical procedures. The Medical Assistant will also manage exam room supplies and answer phone calls.
Requirements
- High school diploma; some college preferred
- Medical assistant certification
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems
- Ability to perform phlebotomy and administer injections
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- BLS Certification
