As a Senior Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering high-performing marketing campaigns across the BBC Gardeners' World Events and Good Food Show portfolio, including BBC Gardeners' World Live, BBC Gardeners' World Fairs, Good Food Festival and the Festive Good Food Show. You'll work with the Marketing Manager and Portfolio Marketing Manager to plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns that attract the right audiences, drive ticket and upsell revenue, and continuously improve performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' progressive experience in a marketing role, ideally within events, exhibitions, experiential or consumer brand marketing.
- Experience across the full marketing mix, with a strong digital focus alongside offline campaign delivery.
- Hands-on, demonstrable, experience delivering digitally led campaigns, including email marketing, websites, search, paid and organic social, display and traditional channels.
- Experience managing and optimising websites, with an understanding of CMS, SEO, conversion and engagement
- A confident blend of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making.
