Requirements
- Experience as a real estate manager (ideally 2 years or more)
- Independent management of WEG properties
- Prepare and conduct owner's meetings
- Coordinate handymen
- Communicate with owners and board members
- Keep deadlines in sight
- Handle house association fees, financial plans, and accounting tasks
