Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to distinguish symptoms from root causes.
- Experience working in technical support, RevOps, operations engineering, or workflow automation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working with data (SQL, dashboards, analysis) to support decision-making.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong bias toward learning new systems and solving problems at scale.
