The company is looking for a Senior/Staff Fullstack Engineer to join its team, with a focus on building MarTech infrastructure that helps games launch and scale successfully using an AI-native approach.

Requirements

• 6 + Full-Stack Software Engineering experience with extensive exposure to a product development environment
• Experience with AI tools to assist development, Passionate about AI technology with a strong understanding AI design principles
• Proactive LLM usage, clear articulation of where AI meaningfully improves workflows and product
• Rapid prototype, passionate about delivering outstanding User Experience
• Think like a Product Engineer with solid product first approach
• Worked in MarTech space; user segmentation, lifecycle journeys, automation, personalisation
