Immutable is seeking a Vibe and Experience Specialist to create a positive workplace culture and office environment for its Sydney HQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing events, managing office operations, and ensuring a welcoming and energizing space for employees.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, events, hospitality, or employee experience roles
• Relevant experience working in high-growth startups or fast-moving technology companies
• Experience coordinating company events, internal culture activities, or workplace engagement initiatives
• A genuine passion for creating positive workplace experiences and building strong company culture
• High energy and a proactive mindset
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage employees across the company
