Job Description
Mud Loggers are pivotal players at Impac Exploration Services, Inc., acting as the primary geological monitors on drilling sites. They collect, analyze, and interpret geological data, guide drilling teams towards informed decisions, and maintain a stream of crucial updates to facilitate comprehensive geological evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in mud logging, gas analysis, and related activities within the oil and gas industry
- Expertise in the use of geological software, data analysis tools, and chromatography equipment pertinent to drilling operations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
