Chief Operating Officer / Growth Operator

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer / Growth Operator who can execute at a specialist level and lead the business strategically, with a focus on direct response marketing, digital product space, and hands-on mastery.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of direct response marketing
• Ability to write high-quality copy
• Deep understanding of the digital product space
• Ability to coach clients 1:1
• Strong systems thinker with experience building SOPs, scalable processes, and accountability frameworks
• High ownership, bias toward action, and strong decision-making ability
• Ability to zoom in and become a specialist in a role and zoom out and lead strategically when needed
