Job Description
We're looking for a full-time Video Editor to help with short form and long form content who knows exactly how to edit YouTube videos, Instagram reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts for virality. As our university expands to empower everyday people with the mindset, skillset, and strategies to earn a high income online, we’re looking for committed, high-level creative talent to join our team for the long haul.
Requirements
- Edit long-form content: vlogs, talking heads, and YouTube videos with strong storytelling and pacing.
- Edit short-form content: Reels, TikToks, Shorts that hook viewers in 3 seconds and keep them engaged.
- Brainstorm and collaborate on video ideas, topics, and titles that maximize engagement.
- Work closely with our team to script and finalize concepts.
- Analyze performance data to identify what works and improve future content.
- Collaborate daily with other editors for feedback and skill-sharing.
Benefits

- Range: $1,000–$5,000/month depending on skill, speed, and results
