Job Description
We are seeking a performance-driven Marketing Director, Greater China to lead our regional marketing function as we enter our next phase of growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or high-growth technology companies
- Strong hands-on experience across demand generation, content, product marketing, and events
- Solid understanding of the China digital marketing and advertising ecosystem
- Proven experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance optimization
- Highly data-driven, with a strong focus on results, ROI, and business impact
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to build and retain strong local teams
- Experience leading regional or cross-border marketing in Greater China is strongly preferred
- Long-term mindset, with willingness to grow with the company over the next 3–5 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both
