QA Lead

impact.com is seeking a QA Lead to define, implement, and oversee quality assurance strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The QA Lead will lead a critical function focused on technical infrastructure and human element of Quality Assurance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) roles
• Leadership experience, ideally leading QA teams for more than a year
• Deep expertise in various testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• A proactive and innovative mindset
