Senior Data Analyst

Requirements

• Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives spanning multiple business domains
• Conduct analysis of large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and anomalies
• Design and apply experiments and causal inference methods to measure the impact of business changes
• Develop and maintain forecasting models, scenario analyses, and segmentation
• Translate complex analytical findings into persuasive executive narratives
• Establish and enforce analytical standards across the analytics team
• Mentor analysts across levels and foster a culture of analytical excellence
