Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience in SaaS, revenue operations, sales operations, or related field
- Strong background in Revenue/Sales Operations within the SaaS industry
- Proven success in end-to-end project management, including scope definition, stakeholder management, and using PM tools (e.g., JIRA)
- Advanced analytical and systems-thinking skills
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Deep, functional expertise in Salesforce and advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with data visualization tools and integrated sales tech (e.g., CPQ, Outreach)
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and strong sense of accountability for driving results
