Job Description
Impact is hiring a Content Specialist to join our nationally ranked Best and Brightest workplace. As a Content Specialist, you will own content strategy and production across all formats, lead SEO strategy, and collaborate across the DX team to ensure content operates as part of one integrated system. We are committed to customer-centric excellence and deliver tailored solutions that enhance client value and drive sustainable growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in content strategy or SEO-focused content creation
- Strong command of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, search intent, technical SEO, and full-funnel content strategy
- Proficiency with core tools including Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms (HubSpot or similar)
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt for different B2B industries
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent clients and projects without sacrificing quality or deadlines
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with AI — you want to direct AI agents, refine their output, and help build workflows that don’t exist yet
