Job Description
Impact is seeking a Print Team Sales Specialist to drive new print business within the local market. This role focuses on managing and retaining print clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upgrades. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and adaptable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Copier Sales
- High level of knowledge on copier leases and Kyocera/Konica print equipment
- High level of understanding of the lease buyout, upgrade, and lease return process
- Ability to work independently and communicate efficiently
- Ability to work with clients to understand issues and resolve internal/external issues
- Understanding of Papercut, Printer Cloud, and SMUA software agreements
- Problem solving and organizational skills
