Customer Service Representative I

Impact Property Solutions is searching for a Customer Service Representative I to provide support for customers by taking orders, providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. The position requires excellent data entry skills and problem solving and conflict - resolution skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum 1-year of customer service experience required
• Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus.
• RFMS Systems Experience is a plus.
