Quality Control Technician

Impact Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician to inspect flooring installations, communicate with installers and customers, and ensure high-quality workmanship. The role involves inspecting installations, reporting results, and following up on incidents, as well as communicating with customers and providing feedback to installers.

Requirements

• Inspects installations against company standards
• Communicates with installers to ensure clear understanding of job specifications
• Executes specific inspections on flooring construction and installation activities
• Identifies installation defects
• Provides feedback to installers
• Address customer concerns and issues
• Responds to builder and/or post-sale customer concerns
