Requirements

• Manage day-to-day air freight import and export operations, ensuring smooth and compliant movement of goods
• Lead a small, focused team while working closely with carriers, agents, and customs authorities
• Ensure all shipments meet customer expectations, regulatory standards, and internal KPIs
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes, reduce delays, and improve cost-efficiency
• Support commercial teams with pricing, routing, and customer solutions
• Report on operational performance and take ownership of issue resolution
