Requirements

• At least 10 years' senior experience in logistics, particularly in freight forwarding and/or contract logistics
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan logistics landscape and regulatory environment
• Proven experience building or scaling operations in a growth market
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, both internal and external
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive commercial and operational success from day one
• Fluent in English; Swahili language skills are a plus
