Job Description
We're hiring a senior Guest Booker and Casting Manager to lead guest acquisition across three flagship shows. This role blends high-level relationship-driven booking with hands-on casting and screening for a live call-in relationship show.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years experience booking guests for YouTube and/or podcast shows
- Proven success booking experts and thought leaders in: Psychology & relationships, Politics & global affairs, Finance & economics
- Experience casting or screening real people for live, call-in, or reality-adjacent formats
- Strong interviewing instincts and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work in-person in Los Angeles (not remote or hybrid)
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and follow-through
