Producer (Love Theory - YouTube)

Love Theory is a relationship-focused podcast hosted by Tom and Lisa Bilyeu, featuring real-time video conversations with callers from the Impact Theory community. The Part-Time Podcast Producer is responsible for overseeing the production and execution of Love Theory episodes, with a focus on caller coordination, recording operations, and show flow.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience producing podcasts, recorded talk shows or live-streamed shows
• Direct experience with live call-in formats (radio, podcasts, YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
• Experience managing live remote guests or call-in formats
• Familiarity with recording tools, remote video platforms, and audio best practices

Benefits
