Principal R&D Engineer, NPD

Imperative Care is seeking a Principal R&D Engineer, NPD to develop breakthroughs that will revolutionize the future of stroke care. The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert in the design, continuous improvement, and manufacturability of commercialized neurovascular, endovascular or vascular products/product line(s).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related discipline
• 12+ years of related experience driving innovation in the development of flexible medical device instruments
• Experience leading a technical cross-functional team through all phases of product development
• Ability to be self-directed with minimal direction and supervision
• Entrepreneurial spirit, a strong foundation in documentation and communications skills
