Senior Clinical Sales Training Manager

Imperative Care is a company changing the way stroke is treated, and they're looking for a Senior Clinical Sales Training Manager to lead the development and execution of training initiatives for both external customer-focus education programs and internal salesforce education programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic decision-making background, clinical background, and experience in design and administration of training programs in the medical device industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in design and administration of training programs in the medical device industry
• Clinical background or strong medical device sales skills and track record
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills
• Experience working with sales workforce and healthcare professionals
• Ability to multitask, be flexible, and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and organized
