Job Description

Develop effective recruiting strategies, build strong relationships with hiring managers and internal/external partners, and lead all phases of recruiting efforts for a variety of departments and levels of roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
- Experience in a regulated medical device or life sciences environment
- Ability to travel 20-30% based on business need
