Senior Customer Architect (Remote)

Join Imply as a Senior Customer Architect and help redefine what is possible with observability and security data. Partner with customers to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how Lumi can unlock new levels of speed, scale, and value from their data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with observability, SIEM, or analytics platforms
• Strong knowledge of observability architectures, log and metrics pipelines, and related tools
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions in at least one cloud platform
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills
