Staff Software Engineer

We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of secure, reliable, and scalable backend systems, provide technical leadership and mentorship, and drive continuous optimization of system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, or similar languages
• Extensive experience architecting complex distributed systems, with a deep understanding of advanced design patterns and architectural paradigms
• Proven track record designing and delivering mission-critical systems that operate at massive scale with exceptional reliability
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
