Job Description
Imprivata is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Corporate Counsel to join its collaborative legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a complex, high growth environment, looking to be deeply embedded with commercial teams to advance Imprivata’s strategic objectives while managing risk.
Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
- 6+ years of substantive commercial transactional experience preferably a combination of law firm and in-house experience at a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience drafting and negotiating various software license agreements, partner and reseller agreements, vendor agreements and intercompany agreements.
