Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Platform Engineering to own the ongoing operations of our chain and core protocols. As a senior leader, you will partner with product engineering leadership to keep rapid feature development and system reliability aligned. You will be responsible for formalising reliability, building a self-serve internal developer platform, and carrying the operational side of running a ~30-person platform org.
Requirements
- 8+ years leading engineering teams
- 3+ years at the senior manager / director / VP level overseeing 25+ engineers
- Deep SRE and reliability experience
- Distributed systems fluency
- Comfort with high-scale, high-stakes infrastructure
- Technical credibility without being a bottleneck
- Operational ownership
