AV SERVICE TECHNICIAN

The AV Service Technician will provide service-level attention to meet customer needs, with keen foresight and knowledge to predict issues before they arise. You may be on point for all types of pre-and post-integration service and support.

Requirements

• Technical and customer service oriented with knowledge of electronics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of frequent interaction with team members, customers, and vendors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, systematic thinking, and a good understanding of technologies deployed in the IT environment.
• Ability to problem-solve complex installation issues and present solutions for approval.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and requires minimal supervision.
