Front Office Representative - Neurology

IMS Care Center is seeking a Front Office Representative for its Neurology clinic in Avondale. The ideal candidate will have customer service skills, experience with insurance verification, and proficiency in Athena system. The role involves answering phone calls, scheduling patients, and assisting with office functions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service skills and experience
• Verification of insurance experience
• Bilingual Preferred
• Previous experience with Athena system a plus
• Ability to plan, coordinate and organize front office tasks and workflow
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills, ability to take initiative, work well with an established team
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail computer skills using Microsoft software, scheduling software and email applications
• The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
• High School Diploma or GED
