IMS Care Center is a physician-led organization seeking a Medical Office Assistant for its Cardiology department in Avondale, AZ. The Medical Office Assistant is responsible for answering calls, scheduling appointments, and verifying patient demographics.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Cardiology experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
• Good computer skills and being familiar with Microsoft (Word and Excel)
• EMR (Athena) experience a plus
