Job Description
Cyber Engineers are sought for the Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) combat system program. Strong analytic and communication skills are required to work in a dynamic environment. An active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is necessary. The work schedule is flexible, with options for a 4/10 or 9/80 schedule. Requirements
- Evaluate and specify system compliance security requirements
- Perform trade studies on cybersecurity products and determine their fitness for use within combat systems
- Integrate cybersecurity products into embedded systems by developing software scripts and other code
- Develop, test, evaluate, and debug cybersecurity related capabilities
- Maintain all cybersecurity tools implemented in the system design
- Provide input into related documentation and manuals
