Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to play a strategic and operational role in a dynamic, unionized manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or industrial relations
- CRHA title (an asset)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role
- Understanding of labor relations and application of collective agreements
- Knowledge of the full cycle of staffing
- Good mastery of office tools (Office Suite, ATS, SIRH)
- Mastery of French, both spoken and written, and functional English (level 3/5)
