The Major Stop Planning Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating major stops in a complex industrial environment, ensuring the success of critical projects while meeting deadlines, budgets, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed plans for major stops
- Identify critical activities and integrate them into the overall planning
- Determine the needs for internal and external resources to complete the work
- Supervise the preparation of work orders, permits, and material resources
- Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance of interventions
- Establish performance indicators and ensure daily monitoring during stops
- Produce progress reports and propose adjustments during the project
- Participate in post-project analyses to improve future processes
