The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing transportation and logistics, supervising a team, and implementing business strategies. The role requires a diploma in college studies or equivalent training, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and 2 years in logistics or transportation.
Requirements
- Diploma in college studies (logistics, transportation, industrial management) or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management (in a unionized environment, a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of logistics, transportation, distribution, or packaging
- Be mobile for travel across Canada
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both orally and in writing
- Good computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, transportation management software, etc)
