Job Description
Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a strategic role in attracting talents, deploying best practices, and influencing recruitment practices. Act as a recruitment and talent acquisition expert and contribute to the talent attraction, recruitment, and integration strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in talent attraction and acquisition
- Mastery of social media and recruitment technology tools
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and organizational sense
- Proficiency in French and functional proficiency in English
- Valid driver's license and availability for occasional travel
