Inalfa Roof Systems is seeking an HR Business Partner to align business and HR objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The HRBP will serve as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong business understanding and ability to build trusted relationships with leaders
- Ability to work independently, provide professional HR advice, and influence stakeholders
- Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, including business-level English (written & verbal)
- Solid Excel skills and experience with Workday HRIS
- Capability to drive performance improvements, support change initiatives, and offer practical HR solutions
