We are looking for an experienced Finance Director to manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, mergers and acquisitions, tax preparation, and financial forecasting in a fully remote role.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in Quebec
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other financial management software
- Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. tax laws, along with international tax regulations
- Experience with financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline
- Bilingual fluency in French and English is required
