We’re a tight-knit team of creative, data-driven people, continuously building services & partnering with the world’s largest brands. We’re looking for a Lead Influencer Manager to drive influencer strategy and execution across high-impact client accounts.
Requirements
- 4+ years in influencer marketing with proven track record of delivering successful influencer campaigns
- Ability to translate client briefs into influencer strategies, creative direction, and execution plans
- Strong instincts for content formats, creator-brand fit, and what converts across platforms
- Comfortable working in structured systems (Airtable, Notion, ClickUp or similar) and maintaining clean workflows
- Confident, clear communicator with senior stakeholders, especially US-based clients. Fluent English is a must
- Able to guide and review work from Mid-level and Junior IMs while remaining hands-on in execution
- Able to work EST hours
