You identify potential customers through research, analysis, social media, networking, and other channels to generate qualified leads in the B2B segment that can place their offers on our employee benefit portals through targeted performance and branding marketing campaigns.
You conduct qualified conversations to understand the needs and challenges of potential customers.
You schedule sales meetings for our sales managers, coordinate them, and prepare everything.
You work closely with our sales team to pass on information about potential brand partners and support them through the sales process.
You perform the pre-qualification of leads, evaluate their needs and potential to ensure that they meet the criteria of our company.
You record, maintain, and update customer data in the CRM system Sales Force as well as create reports on progress and process in lead generation.
You have a completed study or a commercial vocational training.
You bring significant professional experience in sales and scheduling of potential customers, ideally in the B2B sector.
You are a communication talent with a sovereign and friendly appearance.
You have a high level of self-initiative, self-sufficiency, and a careful working method.
You are driven by a high level of service orientation, a hands-on mentality, and independent and structured work.
You are experienced and have good experience in working with CRM tools such as the Sales Cloud (Salesforce).
You have very good German knowledge, good English knowledge is an asset.
